Registered Nurse - Kaikohe & Bay of Islands | Fixed term until mid 2025
Building our community is what we do, We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team – this is a fixed term role to cover parental leave returning to work in 2025. We would ideally be seeking full time Registered Nurse to join our team, however for the right candidate, we may consider part time arrangements, please let us know what you are seeking in your cover letter.
You can be based in Kaikohe or the Bay of Islands.

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
You will be able to work together to achieve great things for the pēpi in our community. You will conduct home visits and facilitate clinics where you will meet whānau and conduct head to toe assessments on pēpi as well as providing clinical advice which empowers whānau to succeed and prosper in their journey raising tamariki.
The care we provide often requires working with multiple agencies and specialists. While it will not be up to you alone to make the difference, you’ll be able to leverage and work with other community support and our Whānau Āwhina services to respond to the needs of our community.
Pay rates for our Registered Nurses are between $64,924 ($32.68/hr) to $92,982 ($47.06/hour) depending on experience

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a Registered Nurse
- Hold the legal rights to work in Aotearoa
- Hold or be able to obtain an Annual Practicing Certificate
- Hold a full clean NZ Drivers Licence
- Be committed to completing Post Graduate Certificate in Well Child Tamariki ora (we will pay for this)
- Work close to home in a community based role
- A Monday – Friday role, with some flexibility to work around you
- 'Well Health Day': the ability to use sick leave for a proactive planned health day
- We'll pay for your Post-Graduate certificate
- Career pathways for leaders, educators and head office positions
