Registered Nurse - Auckland
Playing a part in our community is at the heart of what we do. We are seeking registered nurses to join our Auckland team – from East to West, and the CBD to Mount Wellington, you can work close to home in a designated area. We are open to applications from both full time and part time applicants. Been searching for a job where your clinical skills will truly make a difference? This is the team for you.
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Auckland communities represent a wide range of demographics, therefore you won’t be short of variety in your working week. You will work in partnership with whānau to support and enhance parents, you will also assess growth and development of tamariki. If you’re looking for a role that moves beyond primary or hospital-based care, where you can provide ongoing support and see the impacts and outcomes of your nursing excellence, this is it.
He kōrero mōu | About you
We’re interested in hearing from new graduates, established nurses and we also have our Return to Nursing Competency Assessment Programme for nurses who have not practiced recently.
The uniqueness of the whānau we connect with is what makes our role interesting. You will be flexible in your approach, but always with a listening ear, manaakitanga (support), ngākau (respect), and the ability to provide culturally safe care.
While the autonomy which comes with working on your own and home visiting will be attractive to you, your ability to work in collaboration with others will be the key to your success. Our team place whānau at the centre of what we do, and you will share this value.
