Project Coordinator

We are seeking a collaborative, experienced Project Coordinator to join our Improvement and Digital team on a full-time permanent basis.

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity 

In this exciting new role, you will support the Senior Project Manager to establish a culture of delivery and transparency throughout the organisation, with a particular focus on supporting key stakeholders throughout a project’s lifecycle. Our projects involve digital technology, business process and behaviour changes and are focussed on improving our frontline health service for whānau and tamariki across Aotearoa.

You’ll have a high level of autonomy and the chance to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that they can get the information they need. This role involves coordinating various tasks, such as preparing meeting agendas and taking notes, and developing action plans (including resources, timeframes and budgets) for projects.

He kōrero mōu | About you

Our ideal applicant will be organised and efficient with strong client-facing and teamwork skills. You’ll thrive on engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders and have the confidence to support others to drive projects forward. Your familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control will also ensure that you thrive in this role.

You will also have:

  • At least 3 years work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar experience
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com or Trello)
