Head of Improvement and Digital

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

Reporting to the GM of Finance, Technology and Commercial, the Head of Improvement and Digital position is responsible for driving the digital and non-digital transformation of our organisation, considering people, processes and technology.

You will work closely with teams across the organisation to identify areas for improvement and facilitate solutions that are customer-centric, and will use your digital expertise to implement new systems and processes that enable effective delivery of our frontline and support services.

This role leads a team of 6 and works closely with our Service Delivery teams and Head of ICT to ensure that solutions are aligned to strategic goals.

 

He kōrero mōu | About you

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years experience in delivering high quality, customer-centric improvement/digital solutions, alongside proven leadership skills in a technical team, excellent communication skills and experience consulting with business leaders.

You will thrive on working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, and will be able to inspire and motivate teams to embrace change and drive innovation.

You will also bring:

  • Experience in ensuring teams can deliver to multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience in Customer experience design
  • Knowledge of improvement/digital trends
  • Knowledge of digital technologies
  • Knowledge of solution architecture design and management
