Plunket Customer Service Representative (Non-Clinical)


Plunket is New Zealand's largest provider of support services for the development, health and wellbeing of children under the age of five. We are a community owned and driven not-for-profit organisation. Our teams of Plunket people provide services to help families and communities throughout New Zealand.

PlunketLine is seeking a bright and friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of call for non-clinical phone calls. The successful candidate will also provide admin support as required. This is a fixed term (6 month), full-time position based in Wellington CBD, working Monday - Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a customer service or call centre role (a bonus)
  • Attention to detail
  • A quick learner
  • A warm and welcoming telephone manner
  • A positive attitude
  • The drive to deliver great customer service to each caller
  • Computer literacy
